We charge a nominal service fee for our facilitation services. This fee is separate from any official government fees (if applicable).

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be a citizen of India or legally authorized to avail Indian government services
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Health Services: Ayushman Bharat card, health insurance assistance
• Financial Services: Tax filing support, MSME/Udyam registration, EPFO services
• Scheme Assistance: PM Kisan, PM Awas, scholarship applications

5. Fees & Payments

By using our paid services, you agree to the following:

• All fees are displayed clearly before you make a payment
• Our service fee is non-refundable once processing has begun (see Refund Policy)
• Government fees are separate and paid directly to government portals (if applicable)
• We may update our fees from time to time with prior notice

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Platform, you agree to:
